The 12” ristra is a new member of my kitchen. First thing I did was make a red chile sauce with 20 Hatch chilies, 10 de Arbol, an onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, Mexican oregano, and homemade chicken stock. Mmmm. Pressure canned 4 pints with a little for the fridge.
