I have been ordering for several years, ranging from fresh chilis to dried chili pods and a lot of in between. I have ordered products for gifts to family and friends and they have never "goofed up"an order. When I have ordered fresh chilis, they've arrived in great condition. Can't say enough good things about them. Recently I had to move to live with my daughter and her family and am quite as I have been able to find some of their products on the grocery store shelves here.
