I have been ordering for a couple of years now and enjoy your products. Last year I ordered the chopped hot green chile and this year I ordered the whole, roasted and peeled chile. They arrive in 1lb. packages which stack well in the freezer and were still frozen upon arrival. The Store stays in contact with you until your shipment arrives (which would help in hot weather)
