Relieved my jars of Hatch 575 and my Chile tortillas nicely packaged and within a few days of ordering. I was pleased to see the ingredients were all legible and no preservatives. Label says to use jar within 7 days, that wasn't an issue. I put it on everything, 7 days and I'm almost done with my second jar.
