We have not tried the frozen chilies yet. The chili rellenos had a bit too much flour for me. The chilies themselves were rather tough, and had to be cut with knife and fork. I think this is just part of the process of needing to make them, then freeze them. I’ve made chili rellenos myself, and they are primarily an egg/egg white batter and then fried. Keep trying!
