I have ordered fresh green chiles from the Hatch Chile Store every year for more than a decade now. And every year they deliver, without exception, the freshest, most beautiful, exquisite taste of New Mexico that anyone could ever ask for. Last year there was a little mix up on the part of the shipper and my chile was delayed. The folks in the office immediately replaced the delayed boxes and provided excellent customer service. They said they just wanted me to have really fresh chile and told me how good the ones they were picking right then were. They didn't lie! As a displaced New Mexican I just can't do without my autumn ritual of chile roasting and freezer packing. I'm so grateful to be able to get consistently fresh and beautiful chile all the way across the ocean in Hawai'i. If you're on the fence about buying from these folks just do it!!!
