I just wanted to tell everyone how the Hatch Chili store made me happy. I purchased 4 pounds of their green chili bacon, and this product is off the charts. If you like Hatch green chili you'll be very glad you tried this product! Also I want to say how happy with this company's customer service. When you call them you don't get an automated machine to deal with, you get a real person that is very rare today! When I was a youngster my parents moved to Albuquerque N.M. there I acquired a love for green chilis, so if you like bacon this is a must product to try! Luv to all you chili heads out there!
