Overall I was very happy with my experience using the Hatch Chile Store. It was easy to find what I was looking for, I received my order very quickly, and the product was perfect. The only issue I had was trying to use Paypal on the website. Every time I tried to use it I would give an error saying that the account I was trying to pay, the Hatch Chile Store's account, could not receive money. I messaged Hatch Chile Store and got a reply saying their account was fine but still to this day I am unable to purchase goods from their website with Paypal. Not a major issue since I did have a CC to use but I prefer Paypal. Overall though great experience and I plan on purchasing from them in the future since getting green chile locally is not possible most of the year.
