This was the 2nd order I have placed from the Hatch chilistore. I have ordered hot, medium, and mild roasted/peeled chili's that come in 5 1lb packages in a nice insulated box with dry ice that keeps them frozen even when they arrive the day after they ship it. I have also ordered chimichangas which are great, especially done in the air fryer. A very professional, courteous, friendly company that delivers the best green chili's in the world.
