Ordered my chiles early, as I do every year. Start paying attention to your notes in June so I know how well the crop is doing and when I need to keep a Friday open for roasting. I like knowing that you ship on Wednesdays because I know that leaves the first half of the week free. This month they arrived at 4:08 PM Thursday, so we were good with our Friday plan. Every chile was large, with thick meaty flesh, lots of perfect relleno chiles. Had to sample a few and was not disappointed. Just wonderful quality.' And we get more efficient with our assembly line every year. So, kudos to us also.
