The fresh chile is always great every year The issue is that we are left uninformed at important moments.
I know its not yur fault because o nature and other things but It would be nice if you sent out a mass email to all of your affected customers that you are not shipping due to rain or whatever just to keep us informed.
3 expected time frames have now passed this year....good thing is that I have finally figured out how to grow it in Virginia in my garden....so if the customer service issues remain then, that's it.
