I was concerned that it took 5 days to ship ground, that the packages would not be frozen still. I haven't opened them yet but promptly put them in our freezer (I have a broken arm and couldn't deal with them myself anyway). I am concerned that they were partially unfrozen and may have ice crystals damage from their partial defrosting. They were on the ground in Phoenix for 10+ hours and that is a hot place. Glad I had them shipped in winter. I took advantage of the free shipping and wish I could have justified the upgraded shipping. Cross your fingers.
