You sent my order of 10 pounds of hot, unroasted Hatch green chiles. While they are still tasty, they are not hot and they are not Hatch chiles with that very distinctive taste. I am very disappointed.
I've been roasting chiles in my oven for years without piercing them. This batch was different in that many exploded. I used it as an excuse to thoroughly clean my oven.
I suggest you warn your customers and suggest piercing them before roasting.
