I have been buying green and red chilis for many years from Hatch. They have always been absolutely delicious, fresh and well worth the wait and the money to ship them to me in Florida. I just received my reds and have roasted them. Just delicious as were the Big Jim’s. This company will make it right if for any reason you are dissatisfied which is highly unlikely.
