I ordered a 25 pound case for the restaurant I manage. The chiles looked beautiful. I did have to waste about 2-3lbs of spoilage but we got the rest refrigerated and over the last few day have been roasting for special salsas, entrees and even ice cream. The rest we roasted and froze for later use. Aside from the wasted ones the ones we used were great aroma roasting, great taste and I love the story behind them I talk it up all week on Facebook. Thank you for give us the option to get these peppers all the way in Pittsburgh, PA!!!
