Hello, Last week we received our chile, packing and shipping were perfect, we both loved the medium chile, good NM chile taste. As for the hot, it didn't have the taste or heat. More like an Anaheim chile. Can you recommend which chile with the taste and more heat than the medium? We tried mixing the hot and medium and it just tasted like the medium hot. All and all we liked the chile. Thank you very much, John.
