Only one thing, please advise phone people that chile can only be shipped when PICKED and not just cuz you ordered it. We will all wait happily in anticipation of remarkable flavor and fun. I love roasting them on front porch and the entire neighborhood smells wonderful, I close my eyes and I'm back home in Santa Fe.
