Delivery was a promised. Weights were correct.
Product was on the edge of viability when delivered. After 2 days in the walk-in I had some product loss due to rot.
The Big Jim varietal seems to have a thinner wall than I was expecting. After roasting I got 16lb from a 50lb batch. Don't know if that's normal.
