I ordered 25 lbs of Sandia, really nice chilies, hot just like we like.
I roasted that evening.
I used 2 day delivery and lost about 15- 20 chilies, most likely from the heat, we live in Houston proper and we are a family of first -responders, this Sunday we are all finally going to get together after Hurricane Harvey and enjoy fresh Chile Rellenos. Do Not Mess with Texas
