I ordered the chile in mid July with an agreed upon ship date of Tuesday August 8th. On Friday August 11th the chile was still not delivered. I called and was told that somehow my order didn't get shipped. Normally this would not be a problem. However, the recipient of the chile is only in town 2 weeks a month so delivery couldn't be just anytime. It turned out that we found another later date that would work and did receive the shipment on that date. The chile received was very high quality and the recipient was very satisfied and happy with it. I think this was just a glitch in the system and I will order chile again because of the very nice quality.
