Placed order for son-in-law's birthday. Website was not working properly and I sent in 3 times. The good people at Hatch Chile Store called me (2 different people) to let me know what had happened and they would take care of it AND they did. The chilies arrived in great condition 1 day before my son-in-law's birthday - he was ecstatic! Thank you so much for a great shopping experience.
