I REALLY wish I could give five stars but due to delay in product delivery, I cannot. I originally ordered the Medium Roasted Hatch Green Chile - (Joe Parker). But after two and a half weeks passed and I still had not received my chile, I decided to call The Hatch Chile Store. I was informed that they were sold out but that I could replace it with what they did have. So, I decided to instead have 5lbs of the Mild Roasted Hatch Green Chile (chopped) shipped to me. I can honestly say I am extremely satisfied with this product. It's extremely flavorful and the perfect heat level! Will definitely order again!
