Your web site is easy to navigate, and my son-in-law loves your chiles. It's his favorite annual birthday gift! However- your shipping information (and company) changed this year, and it was not easy to follow. I ship to DC- before there was a ship overnight option that was clearly marked, but now I had to guess which option would work. The web site recommended a 3-4 day ship...not good for frozen chiles! Plus I never got an email notification the package shipped, just one saying it arrived. So the box sat on their porch for 4 hours. Fortunately, the chiles were fine.
