I love hatch chilis. I ordered medium heat fresh chilis this time and unfortunately for me, they were way too mild for my taste. They were early crop which I was told were milder than later season chilis tend to be. They were just way to mild for my taste, almost no heat in them whatsoever more like tasty bell peppers than chilis. Next time I will order later in the season I guess and hope I get the right amount of heat in my Hatch chilis.
