I ordered the medium hot red chilis. The box was so marked however, they were barely mild. They had as much 'heat' as a red bell pepper. When I called about this I was told Big Jim's are very inconsistent. I placed my order on the phone and your rep never mentioned that to me.
So, yes, I'm very disappointed.
