Our order arrived in good shape, beautiful chili peppers--the only mistake I made was assuming (never assume anything, I've been told!) that all the peppers you sold came, as the other ones I've ordered from you, already roasted and ready to put into a favorite recipe. I had no idea (again, my mistake), that you sent out "raw peppers," and so I tried "roasting," them on the grill...big mistake, they turned into leathery pieces of skin with no "flesh" and I threw them away. Live and learn, I guess. I now know that I must order roasted green chiles as I certainly have no expertise in roasting them myself. Again, my mistake...but I was very disappointed that I did not receive what I thought I was ordering; clearly next time I'll know better! Thank you, Sylvia Baldwin
