Every year my husband and I look forward to ordering several boxes of your hatch chilies! In fact he starts asking months in advance “isn’t it time to order our chilies”? Which I think is a ploy to ensure I don’t miss the opportunity to order. We both have been extremely happy with our orders; the quality, the freshness, the aroma that is coming out of those boxes and of course the flavor!!
