I was quite disappointed in my chiles this year.
I had written to request you postpone shipping my order (because I was in the hospital) and you were kind enough to do that for me. When my order did arrive the majority of the chiles had already started turning red, or were already well ripened.
This was a week or so ago, when your emails indicated that it was the height of harvest time. .
It leads me to suspect that you simply took the original box and held it aside until I asked you to ship. These were definitely not fresh-picked chiles ! I hope this suspicion is correct, because I would hate to think that was a fresh-packed order.
As I said, I was extremely disappointed in the quality.
