Well, honestly, I picked the Parkers in part because they are bigger. However the box I received were small and medium sized. I've grown bigger ones in Plano, Texas in the yard and the conditions are not good for Hatch chiles. The seeds I got from the university. So for 4 dollars a pound, here in dallas I was paying 2 dollars a pound, I thought that by ordering I would get some premium peppers, but they were not.
