First off, I love my Hatch Chile and will order again next year. Having said that, the online experience was not good. Kept getting error messages that my order did not go through, try again. After five tries, I gave up. Tried to call customer service but no answer (they did call next day). About an hour after trying to order online and unable to process, I received five emails and five charges to my cc. Customer service did contact me - after I left several messages to try and stop the shipments, (voice and facebook). I was told four of the orders were cancelled and refunded and sent emails confirming that. But I ultimately received two orders and was charged twice! Please fix this for next year!!
