The service was really good. Nicely packaged. It is quite costly, but you pay for the luxury of having it pre-roasted, peeled and packaged.. This chili is supposed to be medium hot. It definitely trended toward medium and some even mild. It is tasty though. I have been eating green chili all my life and I will say this is good and even though mild, has flavor.
