The chiles were 5 star if not more. Thank you. I ordered over the phone and asked for medium. The medium weren't hot enough. I would ask for a hotter one next time.
Not due to Hatch, but the order was delayed twice, causing me to reschedule my tamale making party. I'd recommend ordering them earlier and freezing them, if you need them during the holiday.
I will order again and probably order even more. Thank you.
