The chiles look good as usual, but the packs were tightl frozen together when I took them out of the box, and I had to half thaw them before I could finally pull apart to put in my deep freezer with some paper towels to space them and refreeze. They arrived very cold, with a lot of dry ice remaining in the box, so I don’t think they thawed and refroze during transit. More likely packed and frozen together at one of your facilities. This is the first time I’ve bought the diced instead of whole chiles, so maybe that’s a factor also. Never had this issue with previous orders.
