The delivery was met within the promised time. The only recommendation I would offer is for the Hatch Chile store to offer "sample" sizes for first time buyers. The required minimum purchase is 5 lbs; the scale of taste/spice is unknown. I would have preferred 5 lbs of chile of a variety to make a more informed choice of a favorite (mild-hot). Afterwards, I would purchase a follow on order of my preferred flavor. I have not ordered from other chile producers and will do so. I'll update my comments afterwords.
So far, the chile has been wonderful.
