Shipping service was terrible. It was a birthday present for my friend. It was not shipped until two weeks after I ordered. Nothing on the web site stated that there would be an unusual delay in shipping. My friend received her birthday gift two weeks late. I would not have placed the order if I had known that this company takes so long to ship.
