I rated my experience Acceptable because the Chili peppers are so good. However, the delivery experience was not very good as I paid for overnite shipping and I never received my order and after about 7 or 8 days I had to call and my order had been placed with the wrong distributor and was not sent out. The lady was nice who helped me and reimbursed the shipping fee. Finally received the order over 10 days later.
