I was not super happy with my order. I’d say at least 1/2 of my box was not ripe, and of those that were ripe, many were already wrinkling with dull skin. I did have a few that were perfect and delicious. I know it’s a tough thing to time everything perfectly.
I was so excited to get my box of chiles—a reminder of home. I will try one more time again next year and hope for a little better.
