Ordered a box which arrived with plenty of advanced notice before shipping. Sturdy box. Got three different notices though for issuance of shipping label (indicating imminent shipping), two of which I assume were invalid. Roasted them three days after arrival & storage in a cool basement - at least a day too long, as a few had started to mold slightly. A week before arrival, found Hatch Chili in the local grocery store at less the price - and I assume quality & heat-spec! The folks at this "store" were very cordial, although not near the phone (must have been busy picking the chilis). The chilis were tasty and spiced-right to order.
