I received my med hot Hatch peppers and found them to be mild and not what expected. I could have purchased the same at our Safeway store for less of what I was charged. I purchased peppers from Graves Farm and Garden in Roswell, New Mexico of the medium hot variety and had a very good kick to them. I will order from The Hatch Chile Store but in the Hot or extra Hot variety. The taste was great, and tasty.
