I had 2 shipments.
One to my parents in northern NM and another to me in NJ.
My shipment to NJ arrived without a hitch and it was still deliciously frozen.
The shipment to northern NM though was partially defrosted so it had to be cooked immediately. Unfortunately some of it had to be wasted as there was no way to know how long it had been defrosted.
I would have hoped the NM shipment would have been in better shape... as it is "local."
