Hatch Chile's are the best Chile peppers I've ever had. It took them five days to get them packed and delivered even after I paid for two-day shipping. Many of the peppers had turned red. Other than that, we enjoyed them immensely. I suggest you make the trek to your local SW grocery store to pick them up and freeze them yourself, while they're in season.
