My initial order arrived with quite a few issues. After posting my concerns a rep from The Chili Store contacted me via email. After further explaining my concerns they were kind enough to send another batch that arrived as promised and in better condition. I applaud the follow up and will order again only this time I won’t wait till the bed of the season to be sure I get heat I wanted. Thanks for Effort to make it right!
