I would not call the hot green, HOT. At best it's a mild to maybe medium. The red I used on okie tamales, and it made them edible, again I would say not say hot, but maybe a medium. The flavors of both are AWESOME! I enjoy them both on just about everything! I will be ordering again in hope's of a HOT batch! Thanks for the easy ordering and speedy shipment!
