I bought two orders of 5 lb hatch chili’s on pre order. The gift order shipped to my brother as soon as chili’s were available. Since I never got a notice that my order was being shipped as well, decided to call. Phone was answered by a very nice gal who didn’t even have to look my order up while I waited on hold. She apologized for my order not going out with the other and said she would put it at the top of the list to go out first thing. I just got the feeling that I wasn’t dealing with some customer service dept. but actually part of the family that runs the place. Love supporting family run businesses. Plus, their chili’s are to die for.
