Been ordering from you for years and have always been satisfied with both the service and quality of the products. This years experience wasn’t as solid as in years past - primarily the communication from you about the order and status of delivery. I ordered early, yet didn’t appear to get a confirmation email, the website said that orders would ship ‘late October’ so I didn’t think about it until early November at which point I reached out through the website and email to no avail. I finally called and had my message returned with the product coming as promised on the call. Tighten up the communications and I will continue to be a 15 plus lbs a year customer.
