Well, the jar leaked chili powder during transport so I lost about 1/4. It tastes great but I don’t understand why I have to make sure it’s heated up before use. Makes me think you have an issue with listeria or other dangerous bacteria. I usually like to sprinkle it on my food AFTER cooking. Now I have second thoughts about using the product at all
