Quit using FEDEX. Ordered 25 lbs Big Jim on August 2nd. FedEx is all you offered.
Was supposed to arrive 9/4, then for no reason was changed to 9/5.
NOW they cannot tell me when it will arrive! They many as well trash it. Don’t need more garbage to toss out.
Had total of 3 orders shipped by FedEx this year, had delays/damage from 2. USPS is more reliable.
Anyone think this is acceptable?
