Ordered mild for my 92 year old father who can’t eat hot foods. Grew up in New Mexico eating these. First batch he cooked we’re mild. Second and third batch were hot. Obviously they made a mistake mixing them. Sent email to Hatch Chile and all I received was a sorry and maybe he’s not cooking them right. Lol! Been cooking peppers most his life! Bad experience. Also ordered the mild chili which he hasn’t tried yet. Hoping for better result
