The chiles were wonderful...my only reservation was the shipping via Fed Ex...they did not arrive overnight as per the package. Took 2 days, and they must have been kept in a warm environment...a couple of the chiles were starting to spoil! I was able to cut off the tip end that was spoiling and save the chiles. Roasted them and froze them! I'd perhaps consider another shipper! Per the tracking, they went from Las Cruces to Memphis, then to Boise! Seems odd.
