I ordered 25lbs of chile and selected 1 day delivery. I got my Chile in 3 days, not one like I paid extra for. I live in Arizona which is right next to New Mexico and for my Chile to be in the heat for so long there was a lot of spoilage. I emailed you that it was unacceptable and was told 2 times that it was delivered in 1 day like I am an idiot who can't check when UPS picked up my package and when it was delivered and asked for a refund. After multiple attempts and being denied a refund, I was told you would send me 10lbs to make up for your mistake and guess what, it never arrived. It's been over a month. I will never buy Chile from your company again. I want a full refund or I will be filing a complaint with your Attorney General and the BBB. I will also place a review on Google about my experience dealing with your company. Refund my money!!
